Enemy Deck Boosts

The cards in the enemy deck are always stronger because of the permanent boosts.
The enemy deck boosts are fixed for each tier and do not change. It is important to take these into account when playing at different tiers. Having a full legendary deck vs a full legendary enemy deck will most likely result in defeat if you do not have boosts of your own equipped.
